IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
First, we want to thank you for all you are doing for patients and healthcare facilities as the country responds to COVID-19. The team here is committed to you and ensuring we are keeping you informed. Below are a few important updates:
- Compensation should not be part of your worry as you are serving patients. There are programs being established, and some internal programs already exist to continue compensation (including housing and per diem coverage) if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 due to workplace exposure.
- Fortus is committed to doing all we can to help promote access to the most credible resources online for accurate information and guidance. We continue to recommend visiting the World Health Organization and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) websites for updated information, as well as staying up to date on any measures being taken by your host employer.
