When you’re feeling stressed at work, put on your favorite music. Put on something that makes you happy and also helps you be more productive. It can be anything, but choose something that won’t add to your stressful feelings.

Okay, these life hacks so far have been pretty straight forward. But there is one more you have probably not thought of. Make yourself a cup of tea. Not only will you have delicious tea to drink, the actual tea-making process is a meditation in and of itself. You can’t make a cup of tea quickly, so it forces you to take a few minutes out of your day to boil the water and steep the teabag. For added benefits, choose an herbal tea with calming properties.
