This is essential to maintain the right relationships with the people you care about in your life. Make time to spend with your family and friends on your off days.
  • Be your own advocate. Ultimately, you’re the only one who knows what you need in your life. If your work is starting to interfere with your health and your relationships it may be time to speak up and make a change. There may be small tweaks you can do to improve your situation at work so you work/life balance doesn’t suffer.
